Anarchists arrested in Tyumen released

They were released 2:45 PM Ural time, police announced that they will
face charges on statute 214.2 of Russian criminal codex (vandalism done
with a group of people), for spraying slogans to a military call-up
center, and that they are free upon court. Official charges have not yet
been pressed. Apparently this was just one in a series of arrests and
other measures to harass opposition upon protest actions planned in many
cities of Russia this weekend, Ekho Moskvy radio station announced that
23 000 police and 4000 soldiers have been mobilised around Russia to
"maintain order" during the weekend
