Lebrija is a town of 25,000 people in the province of Seville. In the last week there has been some demos and assemblies to ask for employment, and to demand the city council to fight crisis with all its means and to take unemployment seriously. Last week there was a demo of around 500 ppl. However this time the demo has been huge.

There's another town called Utrera (popl. 50,000), near Lebrija (and near Seville) in which CNT has been quite protagonist. Prasur, is a company with 80 workers, most of them members of CNT. The company owes the salaries of 4 months after years of rocketing benefits. The union had called for a demonstration in the town for last Saturday. The demo has been of about 700 people. CNT is definetely taking off in Andalusia (specially in Seville and Cadiz)."
