I can confirm that Polish nurses are very badly paid. My Mother in law is a nurse in a Polish hospital, and the only way she can insure a reasonable income and standard of living is to work a second job in a private clinic. The "Lets save Polish hospitals" Plan will do absolutely nothing to reduce the problems in the Polish health care system and probably serve to make thing worse. Until the the insurance service is completely overhauled and the hemorrhaging of money that should be going into health care stopped, there will be no improvement in Polish Health care.
