USA stoi za trzęsieniem ziemi?

Czy ostatnie trzęsienie ziemi na Haiti było tylko przypadkiem? Wiele zjawisk może wskazywać na to, że była to jasno przemyślana i zorganizowana akcja, prowadzona przez służby specjalne Stanów Zjednoczonych.

Od pewnego czasu nie jest tajemnicą, że Stany Zjednoczone są w posiadaniu specjalnego systemu, opartego na kilkunastu satelitach będących w ciągłej gotowości. System ten pozwala im wywoływać trzęsienia ziemi w dowolnym miejscu na świecie. Wiele rzeczy wskazuje na to, że ostatnia tragedia mogła być tragedią kontrolowaną.

Ujęcie geopolityczne

Haiti jest niezwykle małym państwem zamieszkiwanym przez 9 mln ludzi. Jego położenie jest niezwykle istotne – leży nad Morzem Karaibskim kontrolując tzw. cieśninę Windwarda – znany wszystkim szlak dostaw narkotykowych z Kolumbii i Wenezueli do Stanów Zjednoczonych. Kontrola jest fikcyjna, w dużej mierze nadzór nad cieśniną sprawują duże kartele narkotykowe z Kolumbii. Dzięki temu mogą bez przeszkód, i co najważniejsze – bez kontroli USA – prowadzić handel na dużą skalę.

Drugim istotnym czynnikiem położenia Haiti jest bliskość do Wenezueli, pozwalająca na stacjonowanie maszyn średniego zasięgu. Kontrola nad Haiti oznaczałaby de facto zablokowanie działań Wenezueli oraz wymuszenie oddania przez nią kontroli nad swoimi złożami ropy naftowej.

ISEQC (Integrated System of Earthquake Control) jest najnowszym dzieckiem CIA. Badania nad tym programem zapoczątkowano już za prezydentury Nixona, jednak potem zostały na prawie pięć lat zawieszone. Aktualnie USA nie są w stanie wywołać trzęsienia o skali powyżej 8 stopni Richtera. Trzęsienie na Haiti miało 7,2 stopnia w skali Richtera, co potwierdza użycie broni.

Haiti leży w dość specyficznym uskoku tektonicznym, co sprzyja prowadzeniu testów oraz używaniu wyrafinowanej broni.

Zaraz po wywołaniu trzęsienia ziemi, Stany Zjednoczone ogłosiły szeroko zakrojoną pomoc dla Haiti. Pierwsza transza ma obejmować 100 mln $ w gotówce i środkach medycznych i żywnościowych. Koszty akcji ratunkowej będą wynosiły od 10 mln $ (przy użyciu aktualnych środków) do nawet miliarda dolarów (jeśli faktycznie zostanie zaangażowanych 30 tys. rezerw.

Co istotne, Hillary Clinton ogłosiła, że rząd Haiti „nie jest w stanie funkcjonować”. Argumentowała również, że w takiej sytuacji Stany Zjednoczone są zmuszone do wkroczenia na terytorium Haiti aby zapewnić bezpieczeństwo ludności. Jest to pierwsza faza działań USA. Ratownicy faktycznie pomagają ludziom, zyskując sobie ich przychylność, zaś oddziały propagandowe USA szerzą nienawiść do rządu Haiti. Przypomnijmy – Haitańczycy w ogromnej części obwiniają rząd Haiti o skutki trzęsienia ziemi – wiedział on o sygnałach, tzn. wstrząsach pierwotnych (wywołanych przez USA w pierwszej próbie wywołania trzęsienia ziemi) i zignorował je.

Kolejną fazą jest postawienie ultimatum obecnym władzom Haiti. Aby utrzymać się przy władzy, będą musiały rzeczywistą kontrolę nad swoimi poczynaniami oddać Stanom Zjednoczonym. Te mają wyznaczone kilka priorytetów:

a) Przejęcie kontroli militarnej nad Port-de-Paix oraz Jeremie i Les Cayes.

b) Przejęcie zarządu nad lotniskiem w Port-au-Prince

c) Utworzenie bazy wojskowej na Haiti (lokalizacja jeszcze nie jest znana)

d) Destabilizacja regionu

Pamiętajmy, że przejęcie kontroli nad Haiti będzie również oznaczało osaczenie Kuby. W takim wypadku mogą pojawić się kolejne wstrząsy – tym razem na sąsiedniej wyspie

M.Avrg : Many of your lyrics seem to be based in conspiracy theories and secret histories. Is this a fair assessment?

Frank : Yeah, a lot of them are about what people consider conspiracies. But that's just a way of not taking them seriously. All the songs we have that deal with those topics considered on the fringe are things that are actually happening or have happened. The HAARP project really does exist and is capable and being used for things like weather control, and mind control. The official HAARP propaganda even admits that it could be used for that, but of course says they never would. And people believing what the government tells them is the really scary thing. Everyone knows about CIA mind control experiments on unknowing victims and it is public knowledge, if you look for it, that Nazi scientist were brought to the U.S., Russia and Britain and were behind the creation of the CIA, NASA, training of South American death squads, and mind control "cults" like Jim Jones's Peoples Temple. They are only theories because they aren't accepted by mainstream media machines which use terms like "conspiracy theory" to push facts and ideas into the realm of laughable nuts. Shows like the X-Files help to defuse information that comes to light by letting people think of it as "that stuff on TV". Just like accusing someone who says that fluoride in the water is being used to weaken the minds and bodies of the population as being paranoid and right wing. Secret history is more accurate. The connections between corporations, political dynasties, banks, intelligence agencies, "think tanks"(Tavistock Institute, Rand Corporation, Club of Rome, Committee of 300), gatherings like the WTO, and G-8 and secret societies are not something that those involved want to be known. All media surrounding wars and terrorism, including what is happening now, is meant as diversion from what is really happening and who is really pulling the strings behind world events. Who is gaining from the attacks on the World Trade Center/Pentagon and these Anthrax mailings? If you think that these "civilized" governments wouldn't murder thousands of innocent people, take another look at the history of British and US imperialism and it's dealing with "undesirables" in their own countries. But not all of our lyrics could be placed in the "conspiracy" box. True, we sing about these things, but that should not be considered some gimmick, which takes away from the fact these are serious topics. And we also cover what the usual political punk territory: animal rights, environmentalism, sexism, homophobia, religion... things just as important and relevant as anything else we sing about.

M.Avrg : What is HAARP?

Frank : HAARP stands for High frequency Active Auroral Research Project and is located in the remote area of Alaska in the Gakona region, owned by the Department of Defense. It's basically a huge antenna array and research facility tucked away where it can operate in almost secrecy. What the government/military claims is that it is to be used to study the upper atmosphere and communicate with submerged submarines that could not otherwise be reached. It is a joint Navy, Air Force operation with academic support from the University of Alaska. The official HAARP website, maintained by the Air Force, has a long list of further uses (oceanic mapping, finding hidden bunkers and underground cave systems, which is of course very useful propaganda nowadays etc...) and goes on and on about what a safe and wonderful tool it is in predicting weather patterns. What they don't say, and even deny, is that it can be used to alter the weather in specific areas by "lifting", or punching holes in portions of the Ionosphere in order to create heat waves, floods, snow fall etc... This not only effects the specific area targeted but creates a reaction in world weather systems. The facility uses electro magnetic waves which disrupt the magnetosphere causing confusion in migratory animals whose natural guidance systems are effected, either causing them not to migrate, migrate in the wrong direction, and in the case of a number of native Alaskan wild life, to wander straight into the antenna array. The more frightening uses that are not mentioned in the official propaganda are those that are actually claimed in the original patent. Not actually the original, because the designs used for this type of radio transmitter were created by Nikola Tesla. A lot of his patents were stolen after his death by intelligence agencies or simply refused by the patenting office and confiscated. But some of the other possible uses are a land bases Star Wars type defense shield, destruction of satellites, altering the weather for military and civil disobedience purposes, negatively impact the health of human and other biological systems (including inducing heart attacks), taking control of air craft guidance or melting engines, altering the mental state of large groups or singular people, and if implanted with a receiving chip, actual physical control. The list goes on and on and the science and secret history behind the development and uses could fill a book. Actually there are a number of books on the subject and plenty of places on the internet.

M.Avrg : Do you know if the government has actually experimented on populations with HAARP?

Frank : Definitely. This type of technology has been used in different capacities since World War I when John Hettinger modified beam power weapons to radio wave power weapons. Sounds ridiculous, like something out of a sci-fi film. But who do you think controls the film studios? The banking/military cartel who produce books and films as a way to defuse and make unbelievable secret science and conspiracy theories. During the 80's the Greenham Commons Women Peace Camp in England, who held a constant vigil outside the Greenham military base to protest the placement of U.S. cruise missiles there, were subject to radio frequencies emitted from the base that caused headaches, nausea and constant menstruation. The USSR used something called "The Russian Woodpecker" to bombard the eastern United States with radio waves that caused an increase in suicides and murder during the times it was turned on. Similarly was the use of these signals to cause disruption in the mental state of employees at the U.S. embassy in Moscow. The Montauk facility on Long Island was home to some of the most horrific human experiments on U.S. soil. Including the mental torture of homeless and kidnapped victims via low frequency radio waves and "shock rooms" in a sort of MK Ultra mind control experiment and creation of split personalities. The Montauk base would also aim their antenna at New Jersey, New York and even at the housing units on it's own grounds which resulted in the same effects as the Russian Woodpecker. During the WTO protests there were reports of people being effected by the same symptoms as the Greenham Peace Camp women. There are people who have mapped out storms and strange weather patterns that coincide with when the HAARP facility was activated at the frequency needed to cause such things. The school shootings over the past few years can also be connected to HAARP being active on the frequency to control human emotions and thought. But a moveable radar dish is no longer needed to transmit. They are simply bouncing signals off the upper atmosphere, using it as a mirror, to directly hit a target. Now I have read some reports of transmitters being reduced to hand held targeting devices for used in civil unrest (WTO, Genoa...) to incapacitate protesters. Most recently is the under reported link between the World Trade Center and Pentagon attacks and the fact that HAARP went online to satellite communication frequency moments after the planes were in the air. This is also the frequency used to take control of a vehicles guidance system, which has been a useable technology, as admitted by the government, so who knows how long it's really been
available, since the late Eighties.

Since time immemorial, it has been no secret that deep in the earthy bowels of the two states that share the island of Haiti and the surrounding waters that there are significant, still untapped deposits of oil. One knows not why they are still untapped.

Since the early twentieth century, the physical and political map of the island of Haiti, erected in 1908 by Messrs. Alexander Poujol and Henry Thomasset, reported a major oil reservoir in Haiti near the source of the Rio Todo El Mondo, Tributary Right Artibonite River, better known today as the River Thomonde. (Perhaps the word Thomonde is derived from de Todo El Mondo?) The deposit of oil in question straddles the boundary between the boroughs of Hinche and Mirebalais in a mountainous area located at the foot of the chain of the Black Mountains, direction due west of Thomond.

The same map indicates an oil reservoir in the Dominican plain of Azua, a short distance north of the Dominican Republic in the town of Azua. According to our information, the latter oil field located in the Dominican Republic had actually been operating in the first half of this century, produced up to 60,000 barrels of oil per day and had closed because it was considered at the time "insufficiently profitable." Also in the Dominican Republic, there was announced, in 1982, a discovery, in front of the plain of the Azua, of a huge oil field offshore at the coast of Barahona. But this deposit has been left untapped.

Those who have traveled from Port-au-Prince to Santo-Domingo can testify that the plain of the Azua and its coastline very much resembles the area of Vieux Bourg d'Aquin and its related coast. Therefore, reasonable chances are that there is hydrocarbon deposits in the counterpart Haitian region, especially as we are told that in the plains of Cayes there is geological evidence of the presence of oil, as well as at the Bay of Cayes, Les Cayes and between Ile a Vache.

In 1975 we bathed in the waters of Les Cayes and noticed that our feet was covered by a sort of black oil seeping from the seabed. A fisherman from the place explained that this was not uncommon in the area.

He reports similar phenomena in other regions of Haiti - it seems so in the plains of Leogane and at the foothills of Morne-à-Cabrit. It's also been reported that there is the presence of oil shale in the province of Grand Anse.

There are still many places on our island (Haiti and Dominican Republic) that meet all the geological criteria for the presence of hydrocarbons. In Haiti, include the plains of Cayes, the plain of Leogane, the plain of Cul-de-Sac, the Gonaives plain and the deserted Savannah, the Plaine du Nord. Ile de la Gonave and corresponding coastlines to the off-shore deposits. In this list, do not forget the large sedimentary basin of the Central Plateau of Haiti.

In the course of the 1950s, the Knappen-Tippen-Abbet company (nicknamed by the local people "the company for small bread and butter") conducted drillings in La Gonave, in the Cul-de-Sac plains, in the Plateau-Central and in the region of Gonaives. All of these drillings had proved extremely promising and the results were beyond expectations. However, the big multinational oil companies operating in Haiti pushed for the discovered deposits not to be exploited. Haiti was neither Saudi Arabia nor Kuwait. At a time when a barrel of crude oil sold for just over a dollar, and the Persian Gulf provided oil galore, there was no reason for these companies to put in production these oil fields deemed much less profitable. Especially while ARAMCO [then known as the Arabian American Oil Company] was, rain or shine in Arabia, at a low price, even to the point of looting the precious oil resources of this kingdom.

[The attitude of these big multinational oil companies was] "We shall keep the Haitian deposits and other such layers of deposits in reserve for the 21st century when the Middle Eastern jackpot are depleted." This is what happened! The wells of Knappen-Tippen-Abbet were numbered, carefully locked or sealed with cement and forgotten.

The reports of the huge drillings were not, it seems, supposed to be made public to the Haitians. Do you think they would ever hand over to a bunch of backward negroes, information that would allow them to work towards their own economic liberation? This would make them too strong and give too much power to little Haiti.

Haitians had to wait half a century or a century for that. However, the successful countryside of the Knappen-Tibben-Abbet company, allowed for a great deal of opportunity to many Haitian schools, preparing primary school students for their certificate and studying in the geography textbook of Haiti from the Brothers of Christian Instruction, to learn that our land had oil reservoirs in the Central Plateau and La Gonave. This, did not fall on deaf ears ...

It is generally known, in all circles, that there are petroleum hydrocarbon deposits in the bowels of the island of Haiti. But the petroleum industry/circles are not eager to put into production these so readily available Haiti oil reserves. Other more important areas were already identified as major oil producing regions of the world. [The thinking was] there will always be time to think about the island of Haiti.

However, [these big oil entities and the powerful nations] did think of us during the Gulf crisis when Kuwaiti deposits, the Saudis and other oil reservoirs were threatened by Saddam Hussein. If the Cubans had not made a great effort by themselves to put their own oil in exploitation, nobody would have done it for them. If it were not for the efforts of the Cubans, Cuban oil would still be housed in the bowels of the earth, as it remains for Haitian oil. The ball is in our camp ...

If the big oil companies are not interested in our oil, we should ask our Cuban neighbors to come help us exploit it. In their dramatic search for oil, the Cubans have developed technology and know-how that we could, in return for their services, yield to the Cubans part of our domestic oil production and give them a share of profits. A mission of government officials and businessmen in Haiti should leave for Cuba in this direction.

The sad case of the international embargo clearly shows that we must fend for ourselves, and especially that we do not have to wait for the OK from the United States when our vital interests are in peril. The whole of our society is aware and sees well how our big northern neighbor has treated us and shall treat us in the future. Haiti will be saved by Haitians and Haitians only, that is the principle lesson of the embargo.

If our oil was available, we would not have been shamefully forced to capitulate after the oil embargo decided in defiance of international law with their infamous Resolution 841, by the great powers now bearing the pompous and ridiculous name of "international community".

Our government, our big businessmen, our ultra-liberal economists, our big smugglers, our Chicago-Servant-Boys, our anti-nationalists and others ruffians, prefer to import [everything, even] air, rather than to put to use the resources of Haiti. With a zeal that is hard to understand, they blindly obey the bidding orders of the IMF and World Bank, and are put together with these two organizations to destroy the Haitian economy, especially our valuable agriculture.

Nevertheless, they find themselves caught out with us. And when imperialism, to meet its gruesome intentions, decides to impose an embargo, the last embargo (there will be perhaps more in the future, who knows?) has proven the need to accelerate economic integration with the Dominican Republic.

Both Republics should undertake, by treaty, to provide each other with some oil no matter the decisions of a third party. A trans-island pipeline, Barahona to Port-au-Prince, could be part of this oil integration between the two countries that share the island.

While waiting to be able to consume our own oil, whose surpluses shall also provide the valuable currency we need, we should increase the country's storage capacity for oil products and consider how to stockpile important strategic reserves on the territory of the Republic. The oil embargo of 1991 is also a strong argument for rebuilding our railways.
